Addie survived 1st grade!

Addie had a great 1st grade year. We absolutely loved her teacher and will miss her greatly. Addie cleaned up on awards day and we couldn't be more proud of her. On to 2nd grade.

 

 

They really do love each other...

I love taking pictures of the kids playing together, sitting together, or in this case laying on each other. These guys really do love each other which makes my heart happy. Of course, they have their moments but we have many more these.

Field Day

Addie enjoyed her second annual Field Day experience this year. I helped out again and enjoyed watching all the kids have so much fun. I was in charge of the parachute. Not a great station when dealing with the really windy day we were having. I am surprised the parachute didn't take off with the children holding on!!  Addie and I treated ourselves to a little Starbuck' s before heading out to get the other two. While I was helping with Field Day, Romie and Sully were invited to go bowling with cousin Holly. I had some really sleepy kids this evening.

Puppy Pics

I think I take as many pictures of the puppies as I do of my kids! It has been fun (most of the time) watching these little puppies play and grow. Here are a few random photos I have taken.

PreK Grad

My little Romie is now a PreK graduate.  Like I had mentioned in the previous post.  I cannot believe my little Romie is heading off to Kindergarten.  I am not so sure that I am ready for that.  Romie on the other hand is filled with excitement.  She is wishing her summer away already so that school begins.  So proud of this little girl.  Even though I am not ready for her to go off to school just yet I am excited for her and all the new adventures she will be beginning. 

Graduation day also fell on Grandma Nita's 92nd birthday this year.  Before graduation we had dinner at Stake N' Shake to celebrate.  After graduation we all went back home for a little party.  Romie was so happy that Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Thomas joined as well.
